Tell Hellbender Newsroom what Kentucky stories you want to read

Hellbender Newsroom is focused on Kentucky—help us tell stories that matter most to y’all by filling out our survey.

Kentucky deserves strong, robust reporting on the issues impacting y’all the most. That’s where Hellbender Newsroom comes in—and we want your help.

Tell us what Hellbender Newsroom should be covering using the survey below (here’s a direct link). What topics and issues matter most to you and your community? Do you know of something we should look into? What do you want to know about your politicians and their decisions? This is the perfect space for all of that.

This survey is anonymous, but feel free to share your name and/or contact information with us if you’d like. You can also fill it out as often as you’d like as things pop up and your priorities shift.

Responses will help shape Hellbender Newsroom’s coverage, particularly as Kentucky heads into the 2026 midterm elections and prepares for its 2027 legislative session and governor’s race.

Anything shared in the survey will only be visible to political correspondent Olivia Krauth and editors directly involved in reporting.
