Kentucky Democratic Senate nominee Charles Booker used his Fancy Farm speech to demand more transparency about Sen. Mitch McConnell’s health and attack Republican opponent Andy Barr for staying silent.
McConnell has not appeared publicly since a June hospitalization, and questions are growing about whether he remains able to serve through the end of his term. Barr and Booker are running to succeed him in the Senate.
