Rebecca Lowe says Medicaid gave her 8-year-old son Finn—who is nonverbal—the therapies, communication device, and support he needs to learn life skills and communicate. She warns those services would be out of reach for many Kentucky families without Medicaid, as Gov. Andy Beshear continues pushing back against proposed cuts to the program.
