Gov. Andy Beshear is redirecting funds from the Capitol Annex renovation to keep the Lee Specialty Clinic open. Families had warned that budget cuts to the Louisville facility, which serves Kentuckians with intellectual and developmental disabilities, would leave over 1,000 patients without care.
