As floodwaters begin to recede in parts of Kentucky, Gov. Andy Beshear says the state is working to document, assess, and clean up damage. Kentuckians affected by the flooding should fill out the Kentucky Emergency Management Disaster Needs Survey, which helps officials track needs like housing damage, shelter, transportation, financial assistance, and home repairs.
